摘    要:文章将表征网络组织运行状态的熵归纳为环境熵、结构熵、契约熵、运行熵等4种类型18个指标,从而运用信息熵公式计算出网络组织管理系统不同时点上的熵值,以此来判断其进化状态。以太原不锈钢产业园区企业网络为例,利用信息熵公式,计算出2007-2011各年的熵值,得出结论:该网络组织成员之间的关系越来越紧密,运行效率越来越高。

Abstract:The paper sums up the entropy, which describes the operational status of the network organization, into four types with 18 indicators:environmental entropy, structural entropy, contractual entropy and operational entropy. It also calculates the entropy value of the network organization management system at different time points by applying information entropy formu-la to judge network organization’s evolutionary status. The paper takes the corporate network of Taiyuan Stainless Steel Industri-al Park as an example and calculates the annual entropy from the year of 2007 to 2011 by using information entropy formula. The conclusion is that the relationship between the members of the network organization is becoming more and more close,and the operation efficiency is getting more and more high.
