| 摘 要： | 通过华坪县集体林权制度改革后出现的问题，以及跟随国家以及林业部门出台的一系列政策和法规，针对林改后如何更好更科学的去解决当前的问题，能真正意义上让林农增收，提高农民经济收入，促进农村经济发展以及可持续发展问题进行了详细的分析和研究，并针对问题结合华坪县实际情况和参考国内外先进经验提出自己对华坪县集体林权制度改革之后相应的配套措施的建议。 |

| Abstract: | Analyzed the problems that exist after the collective forest right system reform in Huaping county, studied the policy set by the nation and forestry department .Then gave some suggestions based on the current situation of Huaping count on resolving the problems scientifically, increasing the income of forestry households and promoting the sustainable development of economy. |
