| Abstract: | The success in the service work by young volunteers under the new situation is intended to set up the guarantee mechanism of funds such as the financial allocation and marketable operation,and to standardize the professional and skill training and improve the mechanism for evaluation and incentive for the better inheritance of volunteering spirit,the enhance of the consciousness of volunteering service,and the increase of volunteers' quality and service proficiency. |
