| 摘 要： | "以人为本"认为人是世界的中心尺度,主张从一种被先验规定了的人性出发去说明社会历史和文化现象,通过自我认识、自我完善、自我创造去实现个人的发展,通过弘扬人性的内在要求去实现对社会的改造和促进社会的"人道化",强调人的非理性精神因素在人和社会发展中重要甚至是决定性的作用.针对目前人力资源开发与管理中存在人才供给匮乏与配置浪费的二律背反的困境和现实,以人为本得以可能应该是这样的逻辑:以人为根本,尊重人的权利和尊严,启发人的自觉性;以人为基本,关心人的利益,调动人的积极性;以人为资本,认识人的本质,激发人的创造性.

| Abstract: | The theory of "take human essence" advocate that human was the center scale of the world.It stands from an experienced theory of human nature to illustrate social history and cultural phenomenon.It advocates through self-recognition,self-improvement,self-innovation to realize personal development to realize society's change or to improve society's "humanitarianism",emphasize the important or even deciding effect of human's unreason spirit reason,during the course of human and society's development.Be directed against present difficulty and reality,we should get such logic: take human essence,respect personal right and honor;take human as base,be concerned about personal benefit,transfer personal enthusiasm;take human as capital,realize personal nature,stimulate personal innovation. |
