Mu Ouchu, a famous enterpriser, studied the agronomy in American from 1909 to 1914. He knew the importance of agricultural education deeply, paid attention to educating professional agricultural talents. He thought that agricultural talents should work hard, have a wide knowledge of agronomy and in possession of sufficient agricultural experiences.
