| 摘 要： | 2008年5月12日14时28分四川汶川发生的里氏8级特大地震举世震惊,全国哀悼.灾区人民群众生命财产遭受巨大损失,城乡建设遭受严重破坏,地震灾后恢复重建任务十分艰巨和复杂.地震灾后城乡恢复重建规则选址既是重建工作需要回答的首要问题,更是影响重建工作成败的关键.本文是对于汶川地震灾后重建规划的几点浅思,在对国内外地震灾害(包括汶川"5.12"特大地震)的经验、教训进行总结和反思的基础上,提出对于灾后重建规划选址的技术原则与相关政策建议,对未来地震灾后城乡重建规划选址等提供有益经验和技术指导.
