论价值链的构建对顾客价值的提升

摘    要:在日益激烈的竞争环境中,企业要保持自己的竞争优势,必须立足于顾客需求,为顾客创造价值。企业可以通过提供高水平的顾客价值来留住忠诚的顾客并挖掘潜在顾客。本文在分析价值链及顾客价值理论的基础上,以顾客价值创造为导向,论述了价值链与顾客价值的关系,从而提出了构建价值链的原则,最后具体分析了如何在实践中构建价值链,以提升企业的顾客价值。

Abstract:In an increasingly competitive environment, if the enterprise wants to maintain its competitive advantage, it must be based on customer needs and create value for customers. Enterprises can provide a high level of customer value to retain loyal customers and tap potential customers. This paper based on the analysis of the value chain and the theory of customer value, guided by the customer value creation; discusses the relationship between value chains and customer value, thus proposes the principles of building the value chain, finally, analyzes how to build the value chain in practice to enhance customer value.
