银行跨国战略联盟:基于价值链的分析框架

本文从价值链的角度重新诠释了银行跨国战略联盟 ,认为战略联盟的实质是价值链核心环节的互补 ,并以交易费用理论和资源理论为工具 ,剖析了战略联盟具体形式的选择问题。联盟伙伴的选择和联盟的有效管理是决定联盟运作是否成功最主要的两大因素 ,这两个因素直接决定了联盟成员之间的合作程度。本文重点分析了关系资本对联盟成员合作的意义与作用过程 ,并以动态分析的方法对关系资本的两种主要形式———信任与承诺的形成及其在联盟成员之间的互动机制进行了较为深入的研究。在理论分析的基础上 ,本文提出利用银行跨国战略联盟实施我国银行业国际化发展战略的构想 ,并指出应注意的相关问题。

Transnational Bank Strategic Alliance under the Analytical Framework of Value Chain

From the standpoint of value chain, this paper reinterpretes transnational bank strategic alliance, concluding that the essence of strategic alliance is complementarity between different core value chain links. With the theory of transaction cost and the theory of resources the paper further analyzes the choice of specific form of strategic alliance structure. How to choose alliance partners and how to manage alliance are the two key factors leading to success of a certain alliance, which determines, in turn, the cooperation degree among the partners. This paper also analyzes the impact of relationship capital on successful cooperation among partners in its operating process, and makes an in-depth study into the formation of the two major forms of relationship capital--trust and commitment, and their interactive mechanism among them. On the basis of this the paper puts forward the conception of carrying out the internationalization of our banking industry by means of transnational strategic alliance and some relevant points claiming to attention.
