| 摘 要： | 本文运用复杂系统理论、进化理论、时间节奏理论，提出了基于自组织理论的企业临界竞争战略理论和方法。探讨了临界竞争战略的内涵、特征、规则以及实施步骤，对知识经济背景下的企业战略管理具有重要的指导意义。

| Abstract: | This paper,using theories of self-organization,evolution,and time dancing, puts forward a new enterprise critical strategy management method.Then the property,principle,connotation,and its steps of critical strategy management are discussed in detail.It has important guidance meaning for the enterprises that have to be faced with intense competition at the background of knowledge economy. |
