关于新生代农民工问题的思考

研究表明,与上一代农民工相比,新生代农民工在外出动因、心理定位、身份认同、发展取向、职业选择等方面发生了根本性变化。但是,由于我国城乡分治的就业制度仍在,在经济社会加速转型和利益结构加快调整的背景下新生代农民工面临着一系列的突出问题,为此,必须坚持城乡统筹发展方针,制定适应新生代农民工特点的系列政策措施。
