民营企业财务危机成因及其对策浅析

在日趋激烈的国内外竞争以及更加复杂的内外部理财环境下,民营企业发生财务危机的情形越来越多。本文在介绍财务危机含义的基础上,分析了民营企业财务危机形成的内外部原因,最终,提出了民营企业防范财务危机的对策。

Causes and Countermeasures of Financial Crisis of Private Enterprise

More and more private enterprises occur financial crisis under the fierce competition at home and abroad as well as more complex internal and external financial environment. Based on the introduction of financial crisis, this paper analyzes both inside and outside causes of private enterprises, and proposes countermeasures of private enterprise against the financial crisis.
