商贸流通业应对入世发展对策研究——以南京市商贸流通业为例

加入WTO后中国商贸流通业的发展进入新的阶段,国际商贸企业集团的进入不仅打破了现有的商贸流通业发展格局,给我国的商贸流通业带来空前的冲击和挑战,同时也为国内商贸企业带来新的经营管理理念和学习机遇。本文首先阐述了市场经济条件下商贸流通业的作用和地位,以南京商贸流通业的发展为例,对商贸流通业的现状和外资商业企业进入南京后的市场效应进行评估,最后对南京商贸业如何应对国际市场竞争提出了政策建议。

A Reserach on Countermeasures of Commercial CirculationIndustry Facing China's Entry into WTO--Taking Commercial Circulation Industry in Nanjing as an Example

The development of Chinese Commercial circulation industry has entered a mew stage after China's entry into WTO. The entry of international commodity circulation blocs has not only broken the current development patterns of the Chinese Commercial Circulation Industry and brought it unprecedented impacts and challenges, but also broght it fresh operative ideas and study opportunities. This paper first states the function and position of commercial circulation industry under the condition of market economy, setting commercial circulation industry in Nanjing as on example, analyses the current situation of this industry and evaluates the effects of foreign commercial enterprises on Nanjing market, and finally puts up with same policy proposals for Nanjing commercial circulation industry to meet this international competition.
