我国农村富余劳动力转移的方向性研究

农村富余劳动力的问题已经成为一个制约农民收入增长、影响农业现代化进程和社会稳定的重大问题,它已引起党和政府的高度重视,并成为理论界讨论的焦点。但时至今日,理论界似乎并没有找到灵丹妙药。从兼顾农民的问题和城市的问题、就业问题和效益与发展的问题的角度来研究,多元化、系统化、网络化的模式是实现农村富余劳动力转移的理想而又现实的选择。

A Research on the Problem of the Surplus Labour in China's Rural Areas

The surplus labour in the rural areas has become an important factor which restricts the increase of fanners' income and affects the course of the agriculture modernization as well as the social stability. Therefore, it is also a serious problem in China's economic development, which the CCP and the Chinese government have paid greater attention to and which has become the focus in discussions of the theoretical field. However, no miraculous cure has been found to this problem. Studying from the angle of considering both the problem of farmers and the problem of cities, both the problem of getting employment and the problem of benefit and development, pluralization, systemalization and network can be used to effectively realize the transformation of the surplus labour in the rural areas.
