| 摘 要： | 中小企业资金的不足已成为其发展的主要障碍。而造成中小企业资金不足的制度性因素——金融制约,暂时对中小企业还不能放宽。因此,中小企业要发展,要构建合理的财务战略:保持良好的资本结构,为发展创造良好的信用潜力;加强营运资金管理,努力实现企业生产经营的内涵扩大;稳健理财,切忌盲目扩大;积蓄财力,适时实现规模扩大。 |
