| 摘 要： | 本文主要阐述建立多元财务管理目标的基本要求,财务管理目标方面的基本概念及确定财务管理目标的基本条件,着重分析了主要财务管理目标,讨论企业财务管理目标多元体系的构成,微观目标中的根本目标即资本保值增值,对企业财务管理目标体系的综合评析,从整体上把握财务管理目标。

| Abstract: | This paper has mainly the basic requirements of establishing pluralistic financial management target,the basic concepts of financial management target and basic conditions in establishing financial management traget.It has focused its analyses on main financial management target and discussed the formation of the pluralistic system of financial management target in our enterprises.The primary target at micro-level is value-keeping,value-increasing of capital and the comprehensive comments of financial management in our enterprises,in this way,financial management target can be handled in general. |
