目前,黑龙江的金融供给表现出总量的奇缺性、结构的割裂性、机制的掠夺性特征.农村金融供求失衡的原因在于供求双方.但供给方是主导方面,主要是:思维层面的金融发展观偏离;经济层面的商业化改革中逐利主义;制度层面的农村金融领域制度创新严重滞后;文化道德层面的金融业社会责任感重大缺失等.应采取理念创新、机构创新、产品创新、技术创新和制度创新的途径,以解决黑龙江省农村金融供求问题.
