Abstract: | Necessity is the foundation of commercial negotiations. According to Marsllo’s theory of administrative levels needs, commercial negotiation has corresponding presentation. As a special need, commercial negotiation has the characteristics of concealment and duality. To understand the needs of commercial negotiations if very helpful to guide and carry out scientific negotiations. |
