| 摘 要： | 热钱总是偏爱快速经济增长的新兴市场国家。我国自然是热钱流入的热土。热钱的流入必然导致国内资产价格的大幅度波动,造成金融市场的不稳定。为此,短期内加强对资本流动的监管,有效地阻止热钱的流入,长期内建立金融稳定监控和预警系统。

| Abstract: | Hot money always preferred emerging markets with rapid economic growth.Of course,China is hot spot for hot money.The inflow of hot money lead to a substantial fluctuations in asset prices,resulting in instability of financial markets.Therefor,we should strengthen the supervision of capital flows and effectively prevent the inflow of hot mone in short term y,establishment financial stability monitoring and early warning systems in longterm. |
