| 摘 要： | 为优化电网企业的服务质量,提升电力物资的精益化管理,首先从采购、配送、存储、运行等方面对电网企业物资管理的现状进行分析,指出这四个环节中存在的主要问题,最后针对这些问题,提出电力物资管理精益化的策略,以提升电网企业管理水平,为客户提供安全可靠稳定的电力保障。

| Abstract: | In order to optimize the service quality of power grid companies and improve the lean management of electric power materials,the paper first analyzed the current situation of material management of power grid companies from the aspects of procurement,distribution,storage and operation,then pointed out the main problems existing therein,and finally put forward the lean strategy for the lean management of the electric power materials to improve the management level of power grid companies and provide customers with safe,reliable and stable power supply. |
