| 摘 要： | 物流通道及物流节点是现代物流服务网络的基本构成要素,整个物流系统运转的有序化和正常化、效率和水平的发挥取决于物流节点的功能是否完备。分析了四川物流节点体系的发展基础以及其建设中面临的主要问题,提出突出规划引领作用、提升基础设施承载能力,加快现代化标准化升级改造,推进城乡配送体系建设,加大人才引进培养力度等建设路径。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we analyzed the development foundation of the Sichuan logistics node system and the main problems encountered in its construction,and proposed such paths of construction as highlighting the leading role of system planning,improving the carrying capacity of infrastructure,accelerating the upgrading and transformation toward modernization and standardization,advancing the construction of the urban-rural distribution system,and increasing the intensity of talent introduction and cultivation,etc. |
