考虑两级中断的弹性供应链网络优化设计

摘    要:针对一个包含了供应商、工厂、分销中心以及最终客户的四级供应链网络设计问题,在考虑工厂与分销中心两级中断的基础上,融合转运策略来设计供应链网络,并且将弹性系数以约束形式加入模型中,建立了以供应链整体利润最大为目标的供应链网络模型。采用改进的遗传算法对模型进行求解,并通过具体算例验证了模型和算法的有效性,为供应链网络设计的决策者应对中断风险提供了有效依据。

Abstract:In this paper,we studied the design of a four-tier supply chain network including the supplier,factory,distribution center and end customer,and then based on considering the two-level interruption at the tier of the factory and the distribution center,designed the supply chain network by integrating the transshipment strategy.Next we incorporated the flexible coefficients into the model as a constraint,and established the supply chain network model intended to maximize the overall profit of the supply chain.At the end,we used the improved genetic algorithm to solve the model,and verified the effectiveness of the model and algorithm through a numerical example.
