| 摘 要： | 目前,我国旅游开发也进入本区域自成体系开发到跨区域旅游开发的转型阶段。深入研究跨区域旅游现已成为旅游研究新的重要的研究课题。本文尝试从陕西、甘肃、宁夏跨区域旅游合作开发的个案研究来探讨跨区域旅游合作开发可资借鉴的一些经验。在剖析了三省区跨区域旅游合作开发的条件、面临的问题的基础上.提出了三省区跨区域旅游合作开发的开发模式、特色、生产力总体布局、旅游线路四大构想,并指出了三省区跨区域旅游合作开发实施中需要解决的一些重点问题。
