| 摘 要： | 文章分析了主体功能区建设的内涵及其对西部地区发展的影响，认为主体功能区建设既有有利于西部地区发展的一面，也有约束其发展的一面。对西部地区而言，要立足于比较优势，大力发展特色优势产业，按照不同的主体功能定位，选择差异化发展道路，加快机制创新，实现西部地区的工业化和可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The paper thinks that the construction of regional main function is not merely an opportunity to the special advantage industry of the western area, it also strengthens restraint condition of development of the western area. Speaking of the western area, the development of special advantage industries should be put on the important position basing on the comparative advantage. In order to realize the western area industrialization and the sustainable development, it must speed up the mechanism innovation and chose different path of development according to the different regional main fimction. |
