| 摘 要： | 煤炭城市是由人口、资源、经济与环境四个子系统构成的复杂系统。本文从投入产出角度出发,以城市资源利用和环境代价为投入.以城市人口发展、经济发展为产出,将DEA的思想和模型应用于煤炭城市可持续发展能力的评价中,以典型煤炭城市鸡西为例进行了实证研究。根据DEA有效性与指标集之间的关系.对评价结果进行了分析,以期为鸡西市制订可持续发展的政策提供科学的依据。
