| 摘 要： | 贸易与环境的关系问题是当今国际经济学界的一个重要问题。本文选取1996～2005年我国各省贸易以及环境的相关数据,利用面板数据模型对我国对外贸易的环境效应进行了实证研究,认为规模效应超过了技术效应导致我国污染水平上升.并在此基础上提出了绿色技术创新的建议。
