| 摘 要： | 金融界把东莞在经济金融逆境下获得经济高速增长、金融运行稳定的经济状况称之为“东莞现象”。“东莞现象”的深层原因在于东莞外向型的经济结构和发展模式奠定的基础，也由于东莞金融机构稳健经营的指导思想。“东莞现象”对防范和化解金融风险，维护金融安全提供有益的启示。
