大学生养成教育文化模式的构建

养成教育文化模式是相对于行政模式而言。养成教育文化模式的提出是养成教育理念的创新，是养成教育实践的探索，是对养成教育价值取向的纠偏。养成教育文化模式是通过文化的意识形态功能实现养成教育从行政命令模式向文化潜移默化浸润的转变，其本质与目的，是把“完人”或人格健全的人作为养成教育的价值追求；基本方式和路径在于遵循人的成长及教育发展规律，坚持以人为本，促进人的全面发展，而不是以行政化的外部干预去代替人的自我成长；养成教育的文化模式以中国优秀传统文化资源与现代先进文化价值理念为核心，结合现代大学生的身心特点，厘清文化属性及文化在大学生养成教育过程中的内化作用，构建一种养成教育模式。

On College Students' Cultural Model Construction of Habituation——oriented Education

The Cultural model of habituation-oriented education is one compared with administration model. The move to put forward the cultural model of habituation education is an innovation in educational concept, an exploration in habituation-oriented education practice, a deviation rectification in value orientation of habituation-oriented education. The Cultural model of habituation- oriented education is transformed gradually and subtly through the functions of cultural ideology, with its essence and objective being the cultivation of perfect aspects of personality. The basic approach to accomplish it is not administrative controlling or exterior intervention, but the promotion of self education and all-around development by adhering to principles of education, of human growth. The Cultural model of habituation-oriented education is based on the core part of splendid traditional Chinese cultural resources and value concept of advanced modem culture, and its purpose is to clarify cultural attribute, cultural internalization in the process of college students＇ habituation-oriented education, and construct a model of it according to modem college students＇ physical and mental characteristics.
