广西灌阳县旅游发展的规划思考

旅游对于经济发展滞后的山区边缘县业说,无疑是发展的一次机遇。灌阳处在大桂林旅游圈东部旅游线上,有千家洞、月岭古居居、黑岩、灌江、文市石林等景观资源。把旅游作为国民经济发展新增长点,以带动相产业发展,是灌阳发展战略的重要这点。为此,旅游开发必须从灌阳县情和旅游市场需求趋势出发,科学规划、逐步推进、与时俱进;严格控制没有市场吸引力的旅游景区和项目建设;建立旅游产品开发的利益协调机制,提高地方居民参与旅游发展的积极性与主动性;加强以灌江河谷为重点的绿色家园环境的保护和建设,实现观光度假型旅游产品的可持续利用。

Planning Thoughts on Tourism Development for Guanyang County in Guangxi

For an underdeveloped mountainous fringe county, tourism means a real opportunity for its economic development. Guanyang county, located on the east itinerary of the Great Guilin Tourism Circle, possess many landscape resources, such as the Qianjiadong mountains, Yueling ancient residences, Black Cliff, Guanjiang River, and WenShi rock forest. Regarding tourism as a new engine of economy development,allowing correlative industries to develop, is a highlight in the development strategy of Guanyng county. To achieve the goal, tourism development must be planed scientifically, proceed gradually,and keep pace with time.It must also be based on the status of Guanyang and the trend of need of the tourism market.Planning must control the construction projects which lack market attractiveness in the scenic area; formulate ways of maximising tourism product development, and mobilize residents' enthusiasm and initiative to participate in the tourism development; and enhance the protection and construction of a "Green Home Environment", in which Guanjiang Valley is a key point, to realize sustainable utilization of sightseeing and holiday tourism resources.
