| 摘 要： | 我国的公共物品供给要代表最广大人民的根本利益，要体现公平与效率相统一、最终达到共同富裕这一基本特征。在我国社会主义初级阶段，在国家综合实力还不是很强大的情况下，政府利用所能掌握的有限资源和制定合理的政策增加公共物品供给，是缓解公平与效率矛盾的最佳选择。
