| 摘 要： | 随着高职院校的快速发展,高职学生就业问题逐渐成为社会关注的热点,高职学生面对就业压力时采取怎样的应对方式呢?文章通过自编量表对南京地区6所公办高职院校进行调查研究,分析了南京地区高职院校学生的就业压力应对方式以及其在年级、专业、性别等方面的差异。
