| Abstract: | HongJiang county, an ancient commercial center since the Ming and Qing dynasties up to the Republic of China, has its unique cultural values renowned as a historical encyclopedia of the times then. A settlement of the dilemma on how to protect and develop the resources of Hongjiang calls for creative awareness and practice, namely, adhering to the scientific concept of development, promoting the progress of social, ecological and political civilizations, so as to achieve mutual benefits of both social and economic consistent development, which will enable the protection and development of Hongjiang to run in a healthy way. |
