| 摘 要： | 近代中国华商股市是一个极具现实意义且颇有历史魅力的新兴研究领域，随着现代金融经济的发展与新史学的兴起以及跨学科研究方法的引入，这一研究领域不断拓展，近三十年间受到了学术界前所未有的重视，取得了令人瞩目的成绩。文章以国内公开出版发表的著作、论文为主，就相关研究成果进行分类梳理，并对该研究状况作了总体评析。

| Abstract: | Stock market of Chinese businessmen in modern China is a new research field with practical significance and the historical charm.With the development of modern finance and new history and the introduction of multi-disciplines research technique,this research field has made much more progresses and the amazing achievement has appeared in last 30 years.This paper carries on the classification about domestic public work and paper,and evaluates present research situation. |
