| 摘 要： | 虚拟研发联盟是虚拟组织理念渗透于企业和研发机构而形成的一种R&D联盟新模式。在参考相关文献资料的前提下，从研发集成性、技术敏捷性、知识协同性及资源共享性4个维度，构建了虚拟R&D联盟创新效能评价指标体系，运用网络层次和灰色关联集成评价法，对无锡市物联网产业虚拟R&D联盟创新效能进行了实证分析，并提出了虚拟R&D联盟创新效能提升的对策和建议。

| Abstract: | Virtual R&D alliance is a virtual organization concept penetrating in enterprises and research institutions to form a new model of R&D alliances.Based on reference to relevant literature,the paper builds a virtual R&D alliance innovation performance evaluation index system under four dimensions,namely the premise of integration from R&D,technical agility,knowledge and resource sharing synergies.Then it employs ANP and GRAP integration evaluation method to empirical study on the virtual R&D alliance innovation efficiency of Internet of things in Wuxi.Finally,the paper puts forward some recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of virtual R&D alliance innovation. |
