基于因子分析的我国高新区经济发展评价研究

我国高新区经过20多年的发展,园区经济规模得到了快速的扩张。在取得成就的同时,也存在园区间发展不均衡的现象。通过对现有经济发展水平评价方法的研究,提出使用因子分析的方法对全国54个高新区进行评价,并在因子评价过程中将影响因子归纳为经济发展总量因子、经济发展速度因子、经济发展效益因子、经济贡献因子和产业结构因子5个方面。在实证研究的基础上,从自身发展差异性、区域不平衡性和发展基础条件差异性3个方面对高新区发展的差异性进行分析。

Study on the Evaluation of Economy Development about National High-tech Zone Based on Factor Analysis

National high-tech zone has gone through more than 20 years which has realized rapid development of the economy scale. There has been a phenomenon that is the uneven development of the national high-tech zone. In the paper the method of factor analysis is put up to evaluate the development of 54 national high-tech zones based on the summary of present methods of evaluation of economy development. Then,the factors were divided into five parts,that is,economy development quantity factor,economy development rate factor,economy development benefit factor,economy development contribution factor and industrial structure factor. At last,the differences of uneven development of the national high-tech zone were explained from three aspects,that is,self development,regional imbalance and basic condition based on the empirical research.
