高技术企业组织冗余开发模型研究

摘    要:高技术企业内部存在大量的组织冗余,影响企业自主创新能力的提高。但适当的组织冗余又能够帮助企业应对内外部环境的剧烈变化,对企业发挥至关重要的作用。组织冗余的合理利用,关系到高技术企业的竞争优势和经营绩效。针对高技术企业内部的组织冗余,分析其在高技术企业技术创新过程中的构成和价值,进而通过构建高技术企业组织冗余开发模型,分析环境、高技术企业和高技术企业组织冗余之间的关系,最终对高技术企业合理利用组织冗余提出有针对性的建议。

Abstract:A large number of organizational slack in the high-tech enterprises affects them to enhance their independent innovation capability.However , the due presence of organizational slack can help them cope with the dramatic changes in the internal and external environment , thereby playing a crucial role in the high-tech enterprises.The rational use of organizational slack in the high-tech enterprises relates to the competitive advantages and business performance of high-tech enterprises.For the organizational slack in the high-tech enterprises , this paper respectively analyzes their composition and organization values in the process of high-tech innovation and the relationship between environment , high-tech enterprises and organizational slack of them by means of the construction of development model of organizational slack , ultimately pointing out targeted suggestions in rational use organizational slack for high-tech enterprises.
