论物流金融服务模式在物流园区的创新应用

随着我国物流业的发展,不同规模的物流企业层出不穷并且不断壮大,物流园区是其发展到一定阶段的产物。文章认为物流金融是一种新型的服务模式,将其理念运用到物流园区中,提出在物流园区实施贷款、融资、委托金融机构借贷理财、建立债务债权关系、建立股权关系、债权转股权、建立金融控股公司、互派代表等模式。通过分析各个模式应用方式及创新点,为物流园区在解决资金问题和扩大规模方面提供方法,从而促进我国物流业健康发展。

Logistics Finance Service Patterns in Logistics Parks: An Innovative Perspective

The development of logistics industry in China and emergence of logistics enterprises of different sizes result in the establishment of logistics parks which are supported by a new service pattern, logistics finance. This paper, applying new ideas of logistics finance to logistics parks, proposes the following service patterns： loans, financing, financial management entrusted to financial institutions, setting up debtor-creditor relationship, setting up equity relationship, debt-for-equity swap, establishing a financial holding company, and exchange of delegations etc. By analyzing the implementation process and innovation of each pattern, it aims to work out solutions to funding problems, which helps the expansion and healthy development of the logistics industry in China.
