| 摘 要： | 改善农村人居环境是缩小城乡差距、促进城乡统筹发展的重要途径,也是新农村建设的应有之义。提升农村人居环境需要建立农村环境监管体系、完善多方参与的合作机制以及培养有环境意识的新型农民。本文在分析农村人居环境现状、影响因素的基础上,提出改善农村人居环境的应对建议。 |

| Abstract: | Improving rural living environment is an important way to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas and promote the co—ordina- tion of urban and rural development.It is also the proper meaning of the construction of new rural.Enhaneing rural living environment need to es- tablish the rural environment monitoring system,improve the multi—party cooperation mechanism and develop a new type of farmers with environ- mental awareness.Based on the status quo of rural living environment and its influential factors,the paper explores the policy recommendations to improve rural living environment. |
