| 摘 要： | 创新是企业谋求生存的灵魂,是企业实现持续发展的源泉。企业创新是企业制度、组织结构的互动,不同企业治理模式,影响创新参与者的职责安排和权力分布,从而使企业创新呈现不同的特征。本文系统地分析了不同治理结构下的企业创新各纬度的不同特点,并从中得到一些有益的启示。

| Abstract: | Innovation is the soul of enterprises to survive and the source to achieve sustainable development of enterprises.Enterprise Innovation is the interaction of enterprise institution and organizational structure.Different corporate governance model affects the responsibilities' arrangements and power distributions of the innovative participants,thus leading to enterprise innovation has different characteristics.The thesis analyzes systematically the different characteristics of the different governance structure from the different enterprise innovation latitudes,and gets some useful inspiration. |
