| 摘 要： | 根据湖南省地勘局407队产业结构的现状,调优调强地勘单位产业结构应按照“巩固地勘业、壮大工勘业、积极开发物业、探索开发矿业、稳定多种经营业”的发展思路进行调整。文章就如何构建产业结构的总体框架、调整经营发展思路、选择队伍结构模式和管理方式提出了若干建议。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces some specific methods for optimizing and strengthening the industrial structure.It is suggested that these methods should be based upon the situation of industrial structure in No.407 Team of Hunan Geological Prospecting Bureau.The methods should include: strengthening geological prospecting;expanding industrial and prospecting;making great efforts on property management development;exploring and exploiting mining industry;stabilizing diversified economy.It also makes a proposal for establishing the overall framework of industrial structure,changing the thoughts for management and development,choosing the pattern of contingent structure and management method. |
