| 摘 要： | 近几年河南农业和农村经济发展取得很大成就，也存在一些问题和矛盾制约着农业可持续发展。实现由农业大省向农业强省的跨越，必须落实科学发展观，协调工农业关系、统筹城乡经济，结合省情全面协调人口、资源、环境、制度诸因素，从农业内部和外部着手，通过大力发展生态农业、依靠科技进步加快农业产业结构调整、提高农业产业化经营水平、创造良好的农业发展环境，推动河南省农业可持续发展。
