摘    要:目前变化信息提取存在的问题是自动化和定量化水平不高 ,其根本原因在于利用遥感技术提取土地利用和覆盖变化信息是一个多因素交织的复杂过程。为解决这一问题 ,将这一复杂过程分解为变化位置发现、变化区域提取、变化类型确认以及变化信息表示四个步骤 ,构建了技术流程 ,并对流程中的关键技术和方法进行了论述和探讨。文章的技术方法能有效提高变化信息提取的自动化、定量化和可靠性水平.

Abstract:The quantitative and automatic level of change detection is not high,the main reason is that it is a very complicated and multi-factor composited process for land use and land cover change (LUCC) information extraction from remotely sensed images.To solve this problem,this paper decomposed the LUCC information extraction into four processes: change location finding, change region extraction, change class labeling, and change information presentation. Further, the technical procedure for LUCC information extraction was constructed, and the key techniques and methods were discussed. Methods in the paper can be effectively used to improve the quantitative,automatic and reliability level of change information extraction.
