摘    要:随着城市化进程的加快和城市人口的高度集中,城市公园的功能日益突出,但也易被改变用途。基于CVM调查法,调查评估石家庄世纪公园的使用状况及其服务价值。结果表明,(1)公园的辐射范围主要为30分钟的距离,游人以中年和老人为主;(2)运动是游客的主要活动类型,不同年龄段活动形式呈多样化、活动区域差异较大,林荫道为所有年龄段青睐;(3)公园的平均使用频率为9.5次/月,与收入水平无关,超八成游客对公园较为满意;(4)游人平均支付意愿为2.79元/人次,约占个人收入的0.8%,公园服务价值仅为土地出让最低价的四分之一。该研究可为城市公园的合理规划和管理提供参考和理论依据。

Evaluation of Occupancy and Services Value of Shiji Park in Shijiazhuang City Based on Contingent Valuation Method

Abstract:With the acceleration of urbanization and the high concentration of urban population,the function of urban parks have become increasingly prominent,but they are also easy to be changed in land use.The occupancy and services value of Shiji Park in Shijiazhuang city is investigated and evaluated based on contingent valuation method.The results show that,(1)the influence range of Shiji Park is mainly 30 minutes distance,the tourists are mainly middle-aged and elderly;(2)sport is the main type of activity of tourists,and the activities and their areas of different ages are diversified.Avenues are favored by all ages;(3)the average use frequency of the park is 9.5 times/month,and it is not related with the income level,over 80%of tourists are satisfied with the park;(4)average willingness to pay is 2.79 yuan per person per time accounting for about 0.8%of the average personal income.Its service value is only one-fourth of the lowest land sales price.This research can provide reference and theoretical basis for the rational planning and management of urban parks.
