兰州市城市建设用地结构演变及影响因素分析

为了对土地资源进行合理的配置,达到可持续发展的要求,本研究对城市建设用地的使用状况以及演变趋势进行分析,并对影响其演变的因素进行研究。选取2012~2017年兰州市城市建设用地数据对其进行分析,并在此基础上应用灰色关联度分析法分析土地利用与经济水平、产业结构、人口发展3个一级指标以及12个二级指标的关联程度,找出主要的影响城市建设用地的指标。结果表明,六年间各职能用地的面积均有所增加,2012~2017年兰州市城市建设用地结构信息熵经历了“上升—下降—平稳”的演变趋势;土地利用结构的演变主要受兰州市人口以及经济发展水平的影响。

Analysis of Urban Construction Land Structure Evolution and Influencing Factors in Lanzhou City

In order to reasonably allocate land resources and meet the requirements of sustainable development,this study analyzes the use and evolution trend of urban construction land and studies the factors affecting its evolution.The urban construction land data of Lanzhou from 2012 to 2017 were selected for analysis,and on this basis,the grey relational degree analysis method was used to analyze the correlation degree between land use and economic level,industrial structure,population development,3 first-level indicators and 12 second-level indicators,so as to find out the main influencing indicators.The results show that,the area of functional land has increased in the past six years.From 2012 to 2017,the structural information entropy of urban construction land in lanzhou experienced the evolution trend of"up-down-stable".The evolution of land use structure is mainly affected by lanzhou's population and economic development level.
