| 摘 要： | 财税政策作为国家宏观调控的重要手段，是支持“三农”的有效工具。努力构建起与中国经济发展阶段相适应的工业反哺农业的财税政策机制，更成为现实迫切需要。基于此，文章在梳理支持“三农”的财税政策的基础上，对工业反哺农业的财税政策机制构建问题进行了探索研究。

| Abstract: | Finance and tax policies are an important means of macroeconomics and will become effective instrument of supporting ＂Three Agricuhre＂. It is very necessary and actual to construct the mechanism of finance and tax policies on industry financing agriculture. Based on inducing and concluding the finance and tax policies of supporting ＂Three Agriculture＂, the paper probes into the research as follow. |
