关于人民币升值对中国经济影响的思考

中国加入世界贸易组织以后,国际上特别是发达国家要求人民币升值的呼声越来越大。人民币升值给中国企业特别是中小企业出口造成困难,导致中国失业问题加剧和金融市场的震荡。但人民币升值也有积极的影响,它有利于促进中国产业结构的调整和企业竞争力的提升,对通货膨胀也有一定的抑制作用。为此,我们要加快中国出口企业转型,对汇率进行独立自主、循序渐进的调整,采取多种措施防止热钱持续流入,同时注意培养中国企业自主创新意识。

The Thinking of Effects of the Revaluation of Renminbi on Chinese Economy

After China got access to the World Trade Organization,the voice request of revaluating Renminbi becomes more and more in-tensely in the international environment,especially the developed country.The appreciation of RMB brings the export difficult to the Chinese enterprises,particular the small and medium-sized enterprises,which leads to the unemployment crisis and financial market shocked at the same time.However,every coin has two sides,the appreciation of RMB can help to promote our industrial structure adjustment and enhance enterprises＇competitiveness.What＇s more,it can help to curb inflation in some extent.Therefore,we need to Speed up our export business transformation,to adjust exchange rate with an independent and gradual principle,to take various measures to prevent the contin-ued inflowof hot money,and to enhance our awareness of innovation of enterprises.
