关于通道费的研究思考

对于通道费的研究，目前国内外学术界基本上是单纯从法学或经济学的角度进行分析，文章试图从法学与经济学综合分析的角度，进一步探讨通道费问题。即在阐述通道费的特征、回顾国内外关于通道费的经济学和法学理论研究主要观点的基础上，提出了法学视角分析通道费问题的思路，其中重点分析了对大型连锁零售商滥用相对优势地位收取通道费的行为可以比照滥用市场支配地位进行规制。同时就进一步建立健全通道费的规制框架提出几点建议。

Review on Theoretical Study of Slotting Allowance

At present, the study on slotting allowance is usually from the perspective of either economies or law. This paper attempts to discuss the issue from the perspective of a comprehensive analysis using both economics and law. Based on explaining the characteristics of slotting allowance and reviewing main points of domestic and oversea theoretical study on slotting allowance in terms of economics and law, the paper brings up an idea of analyzing slotting allowance from the perspective of law, focusing on the ways of regulating large chain retailers＇abuse of their advantages to collect slotting allowance in the light of the ways of dealing with the abuse of market ascendancy. Finally, it makes some suggestions for perfecting the framework of regulating slotting allowance.
