| 摘 要： | 建设环境友好型社会要求改变"高投入、高消耗、高污染"的经济发展方式,发展循环经济,推行清洁生产,实现资源环境与经济的全面、协调、可持续发展。作为社会经济活动得以持续进行的两个重要方面:生产和消费,它们既相互依赖,又相互制约。消费在很大程度上对生产方式起着决定性作用。只有改变不合理的消费模式,实现绿色消费,才能引导生产方式实现良性变革,并最终实现环境友好的目标。
