| 摘 要： | 通过对沈阳地区高校体育竞赛工作现状的调查分析,探讨了高校体育竞赛制度的构建与创新,在理论与实践的基础上提出了新的构想,并使其成为高校体育竞赛发展的动力。新的校园竞赛制度要将竞赛组织、管理、创新等内容有机地整合在一起,通过各方面的相互促进和影响,实现其功能的最大化,形成一个切实可行的校园竞赛体系,以适应高校体育竞赛的需要。
