| Abstract: | The novel The Pikes written by Shi Jie,linking the sufferance of Surgeon LinYu in the struggle of anti-Rightist as the main line,reflects the competition of different people in a town hospital,delineates the nobility and meanness of humanity,and represents the complex and continued consequence of the current events.The author uses wise philosophy to analyze characters and makes the novel appealing and impressive. |
