| Abstract: | Student Party members serving as counselor assistant can not only help to implement their self-education,sharpen their ability of self-management,and strengthen the cohesion of the Party branch,but also assist the counselor further into students' ideological and political work.The work of selecting counselor assistant should be managed well.Simultaneously their education and training should be strengthened. |
